Houston Man May Never Walk Again After Being Robbed For Jay Z Concert Tickets
Jay Z, who is still on his Magna Carta Holy Grail tour, was scheduled to make appearance in Houston and one fan who couldn’t make it to the “Tom Ford” rapper’s concert decided to sell the eight tickets he purchased. Unfortunately, he made the sale to the wrong people.
One of the people who agreed to purchase the tickets agreed to meet the seller at a Starbucks on December 15. When the victim arrived at the coffee chain, two women, Cessica Desha Darden and Denitra Sherrelle Green, told him they couldn’t leave their car because there was a baby who was with them and the infant couldn’t be left alone. As the victim approached their vehicle to show them the tickets, Complex Magazine reports Green stepped on the car’s accelerator.
Although the victim was able to detach himself from the moving car, Green and Darden ran over his body causing a severe road rash to his face. The victim also broke his arm, hand, leg and his knee ligaments have been torn. His injuries may require plastic surgery and sadly he may never walk again.
Both Green and Darden, who are 20 years old, were arrested as they enjoyed throwing up the RocNation sign at Jay Z’s concert. They were charged with aggravated robbery. Their bond has been set at $30,000.
